Law on Protection of Personal Data

INFORMATION ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

We take Great care to ensure the security of your personal information that you transmit to us both by using our website and in other ways. The Law No. 6698 on Protection of Personal Data came into force. We would like to inform you about the aforementioned legislation and a number of definitions specified in this legislation:

Personal data: Any information relating to an identifiable or identifiable natural person,

Processing of personal data: The acquisition, storage, storage, storage, modification, reorganization, transfer, acquisition, acquisition of personal data of all data, whether fully or partially automated or as part of any data recording system, any processing performed on data such as classification or prevention of its use,

Data processing: The natural or legal person who processes personal data on behalf of the data officer on the basis of the authorization given by him;

Data recording system: The recording system in which personal data is structured and processed according to certain criteria,


1. Protection of Personal Data and Purpose of Consent Text and Data Responsible Position of Our Company:

Our website has the title of Data Responsible within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (Law) in terms of personal data related to customers. The Protection of Personal Data and Consent Text is intended to enlighten the customers about the personal data processing activities carried out by our shopping site and to obtain their express consent for the situations specified in Article 3 below.


3. Personal Data to be processed in accordance with the express consent of the customers and their processing purposes:

In the following cases where the personal data processing conditions in the articles 5/2 and 6/3 of the Law do not exist, in order to process personal data by our shopping site, it is necessary to obtain the express consent of the customers.

 

2. Purpose of Processing Personal Data of Customers:

The personal data of the customers are processed in accordance with the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law below. Customer personal data;

  • Carrying out the necessary work by the business units to carry out the relevant business processes in order to benefit from the products and services offered by our shopping site,

  • Making the necessary work to be carried out by the business units of commercial activities carried out by our shopping sites and conducting the related business processes,

  • Planning and execution of commercial and / or business strategies of our shopping website,

  • Providing legal, technical and commercial-occupational safety of the persons who are in business relationship with our shopping website, and planning and executing the activities necessary for the products and services offered by us to be customized according to the tastes, usage habits and needs of the relevant persons and proposed to the relevant persons and introduced,

4. Transfer of Customer Personal Data:

5. Method of Collection of Personal Data and Legal Reason:

Personal data is collected electronically from customers. Personal data collected for the legal reasons mentioned above can be processed and transmitted for the purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law and in this Text of Protection of Personal Data.

 

6. Retention Period of Personal Data

Our shopping site stores personal data for a period of time specified in the relevant laws and regulations.

If the legislation on how long personal data should be stored is not regulated for a period of time, the Personal Data is processed for the period required to be processed in accordance with the practices and commercial practices of our Shopping Site in accordance with the activity carried out while processing our Shopping Site, then deleted, destroyed or anonymized.

If The purpose of processing personal data is over and the related regulations and storage periods determined by our Shopping Site have been reached; personal data can only be stored in order to provide evidence in case of possible legal disputes or to assert the relevant right to personal data or to establish defense. 7. Customers' Rights as Personal Data Owner:

In accordance with Article 11 of the Law, (i) find out if personal data about themselves has been processed, (ii) request information if personal data has been processed, (iii) learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used appropriately, (iv) to know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred at domestic or abroad, (v)to request correction of personal data in the event of incomplete or incorrect processing and to notify third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred, (vi) Although it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of the Law and other relevant laws, to request the deletion or destruction of the personal data in case of the disappearance of the reasons requiring processing and to notify the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred, (vii) object to the occurrence of a conclusion against the person oneself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems; and (viii) has the right to demand the loss of personal data in case of damage due to unlawful processing of personal data.

Requests for the exercise of such rights may be forwarded by our Shopping Site to the personal data owners by the methods specified in the Law No. 6698. Our shopping site will evaluate these demands and finalize within 30 days.

 

Regarding the issues on this form, changes may be made in line with legal and technological developments.
