ECO fieldbus coupler

The ECO fieldbus coupler is designed for applications with low scale I / O requirements. By using only digital process data or a small amount of analog data, all options offered by the 750 I / O Series are preserved.

The coupler has an integrated supply terminal for system voltage. Field power bridge contacts are fed via separate supply module.

Getting started determines the module structure of the node to create the process image in the bus coupler PROFIBUS. I / O modules with a bit width of less than 8 are grouped into one byte to optimize addresses.

It is also possible to disable the I / O modules and change the node image in accordance with the connected signals without having to change the current application.

The diagnostic concept is based on EN 50170. Therefore, the modules do not need to be programmed to interpret the diagnostic information of each manufacturer.
